Broeffle Returns to Infinity/Portland

Ken Broeffle was named director of engineering for the Infinity/Portland stations.
He begins his duties in early August, according to an announcement from Dave McDonald, the market manager there.
Broeffle had worked at the stations earlier, then served as regional director of engineering for Citadel Communications.
