Buckley Radio Signs For Arbitron PPM In New York

The first commercial AM to go IBOC in New York City has now signed up for PPM.
Buckley Broadcast Group-owned WOR(AM) in New York will use the Arbitron Portable People Meter for audience measurement when Arbitron deploys that system in the market.
Both companies say Buckley signed a multi-year deal for PPM; CBS Radio, Bonneville, Emmis, Greater Media and Beasley have also signed on for PPM use in select markets.
Buckley owns 20 stations and the WOR Radio Network.
