Media Bureau Issues Latest Call Sign Changes

Thirty-two actions in May and June

KRTY(FM) in Los Gatos, Calif., is now KLRK(FM). Meanwhile the Educational Media Foundation station that had been KLRK is now KRTY. That FM is in Great Bend, Kan.

Those are just two of the 32 call sign changes released by the Federal Communications Commission in May and June.

EMF also changed the call sign of KHHL(FM) in Karnes City, Texas, to KZKV(FM), and its KWRI(FM) in Ruidoso, N.M., now is KLXZ(FM).

Other licensees changing call signs include iHeartMedia, Woof Boom Radio Muncie, Wilfredo Blanco-Pi and Consolidated Media.

There’s even a call sign change in Pago Pago, American Samoa, where South Seas Broadcasting changed KBAD(LP) to KKHJ(LP).

Here’s the full list.
