BW Broadcast has appointed Goran Tomas as head of audio processing development.
Croatia-born Tomas takes over from company director Scott Incz, who will focus on business development but will continue to assist the audio processing department in an advisory capacity.
“Processing has been my passion for the last 12 years in radio broadcasting and I am very excited for the opportunity to be directly involved in audio processor design,” said Tomas. “BW processors have already proven themselves on the world-wide market and I look forward to working on further improvements and new product development.”
Before joining BW, Tomas, who has a master’s degree in dynamics processing, worked as an audio processing consultant and radio engineer in Croatia.
“We have known Goran for quite some time and it felt like the time was right to bring him on board,” said Incz. “We are excited about expanding the audio processing team and know the customers will benefit immensely from his experience and passion for processing.”
