Clear Channel will use Denon DN-C640 networked CD players in a new radio facility for five stations in Baltimore and Washington.
The cluster project is projected for completion by middle of next year. It serves FM outlets WBIG, WASH, WIHT, WMZQ and WWDC.
Giesler Broadcasting Supply will provide 41 of the slot-in CD players for the project.
The facility will include six on-air studios, 10 production/editing suites and a performance studio. Each air studio will have three DN-C640 CD players.
Matt Howell is DOE for Clear Channel there.
