Marketron and vCreative have established an integration between Marketron Traffic and vCreative’s vPPO platform that they say will save broadcasters time and reduce the chance for errors.
The companies described the arrangement as a “strategic integration” to connect two components of broadcast traffic and revenue.
“The bidirectional workflow between vCreative and Marketron Traffic enables seamless data sharing between the platforms for spot entry and cart assignment, automating previously manual, time-consuming tasks,” according to the press release.
“Stations save time, improve efficiency, decrease errors and streamline traffic operations.”
Marketron offers revenue operations and digital advertising technology, while vCreative provides media workflow software solutions.
“With this integration, broadcasters can expect to save up to 30 seconds or more on spot entry and over one minute on cart assignments thanks to automation capabilities,” they said.
“Those running 5,000 spots or more can regain up to 41 hours each month on spot entry tasks and up to 83 hours a month by eliminating manual cart creation and assignment, a combined savings of up to 124 hours.”
They said users also could see a reduction in errors that can occur during manual rekeying, and thus cut down on makegoods or credits.
The announcement was made by Marketron CEO Jimshade Chaudhari and vCreative CEO Mary DelGrande. Marketron posted a page with more information about the integration.
