Clear Channel has promoted Judy Bailey to vice president and market manager for its five-station Tallahassee, Fla. cluster. Bailey has worked for the cluster since 1979 and has served the last five years as the director of sales.
Bailey replaces John Hunt, who takes over same responsibilities in the West Palm Beach, Fla. market.
