Broadcast Electronics has named Kyle Dibbin as director of international sales.
It’s a new position within the manufacturer, as BE looks to expand its sales growth in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Canada. Dibbin is based in Toronto.
The company feels it builds upon its recent acquisition by a U.S.-based investor group as well as its AMX AM transmitter series, which it demonstrated at the 2026 NAB Show.
Dibbin has 14 years in broadcast transmission at Nautel.
He began on the production floor testing and verifying FM, AM and navigational transmitters, then moved into field service — commissioning and repairing systems on-site and training broadcasters in operation, troubleshooting and repair both in the field and in-factory, BE said.
Dibbin went on to lead worldwide business development for Nautel before taking on regional sales leadership for the Middle East and Africa, where he helped install FM and AM transmission systems for national broadcasters and large network rollouts.
