Entercom Gainesville-Ocala appointed Peter Rothfuss as general sales manager of stations WKTK/98.5 KTK, WSKY(FM)/97.3 The Sky, WRUF(FM)/103.7 The Gator, and WRUF(AM)/ESPN 95.3.
Rothfuss has held sales management positions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida in his 27-year media career. He has also served as an integrated marketing specialist at Entercom Wilkes-Barre/Scranton for the past two years.
“Peter’s unique style and sales management skills will be a great addition to our team,” said Dick O’Neil, vice president/market manager of Entercom Gainesville-Ocala.
Rothfuss said he was eager to join the team in Gainesville-Ocala. He begins on March 14. “We have great radio stations, a dynamic sales staff and compelling local content that delivers results for our advertising partners.”
