The FCC’s Media Bureau has lifted its freeze on the filing of petitions for rulemaking for frequencies slated for in Auction 37. FMs. In June, the FCC’s Media Bureau announced a freeze on the filing of petitions to amend the FM Table of Allotments and proposed changes in channel, class, or reference coordinates for any of the vacant non-reserved band FM allotments scheduled for Auction 37. That auction was completed in November and the deadline for filing CP applications was Jan. 3.
