The FCC has been releasing lists of construction permit applications it is ready to grant once final payments are made for frequencies won in the FM auction last fall.
The latest batch is 39 CPs, which the FCC is ready to grant once it receives final payments. They include frequencies in Bethel, Alaska; Rye, Colo.; and Big Sky, Mont. Payments for this batch of CPs are due March 11.
Including this batch, the FCC has approved 105 FM CP applications. The commission awarded 288 FM construction permits in the auction.
