Fluke Corp. has acquired DH Instruments Inc.

DHI, an Arizona company founded in 1980, provides pressure and gas-flow standards, including calibration process software. It offers pressure and gas-flow calibration services and metrology training courses. DHI will become part of the Fluke Precision Measurement division, which encompasses standards, calibrators, data loggers, test instruments and software. Fluke is based in Everett, Wash., and is a subsidiary of Danaher Corp.

DHI customers include national labs, aerospace, the military and manufacturers who use pressure standards.
