Fundraiser Set for Mountjoy in C’ville

The Charlottesville Radio Group in Virginia holds a fundraising event Thursday to help broadcaster Dick Mountjoy with medical expenses due to cancer treatments.
Mountjoy has been on medical leave from the “WINA Morning Show” since April; he’s been a local radio personality for 41 years.
According to a station announcement, the three-station group will broadcast live at a local mall to raise money for Dick Mountjoy’s medical expenses.
