Futuri Media is making use of its acquisition of sales intelligence provider TopLine Matters in the form of an app for mobile and desktop use, TopLine.
The app makes use ratings providers such as Nielsen and Scarborough, which Futuri says “makes it seamless for broadcast sales talent and management to request real-time, relevant, and customized station-specific sales research emphasizing their station’s unique demographic and lifestyle strengths for nearly any advertiser client.”
Dozens of accounts and advertising categories can be monitored. The company also says that the app allows access to sales training videos.
Futuri Media SVP of Sales Tracy Gilliam said, “The day has now arrived when time-strapped sales managers and station sellers in any measured market can request customized research to position their station to meet the exacting needs of their advertiser.”
