The National Association of Shortwave Broadcasters has a new president. Members elected former LeSEA Broadcasting DOE Doug Garlinger to the post. Although he left shortwave broadcaster LeSEA to take an engineering position in Hawaii, Garlinger
remains active in issues of importance to shortwave broadcasters, the association said.
Garlinger was elected May 7 at the annual NASB meeting. He replaces Jeff White.
