Harman is locating its Professional Audio Customer Support and Training Center in Potters Bar, England, just outside London at the Soundcraft Studer facility and where its EMEA sales and support team is located.
According to the company, the new center will provide services for the company’s mixers, microphones and pro headphones brands.
“HARMAN will have one of the largest Pro Audio Support Centers in Europe to offer customized service and unique training programs for our global customers,” said Andy Trott, VP & GM Soundcraft & Studer. “Increasingly, our customers are investing in integrated audio solutions. By bringing together our brand services and training under one roof, we are now better positioned to help them maximize their systems and gain the full advantage of the breadth and depth of HARMAN’s Professional Division.”
