Alpine has released its software update that includes SiriusXM-Ready with 360L on compatible head units.
We told you earlier this year that Alpine would be the first aftermarket car audio company to offer SiriusXM-ready head units with the hybrid radio platform. The 360L platform combines satellite reception with streaming functions and personalization.
Now that free software update is available on the Alpine Knowledge Center.
SiriusXM-Ready with 360L is available on compatible head units and requires the SXV300 Tuner and a subscription. SiriusXM offers promotions for Alpine head unit owners that purchase and activate the SXV300 Tuner.
Features of 360L include more channels, Pandora stations, “For You” recommendations and on-demand content. Alpine users can create individual SiriusXM listener profiles and search by voice.
The head units are the Halo11 iLX-F511, the Halo9 iLX-F509, the iLX-507, and two Jeep-specific head units, the i509-WRA-JL and i509-WRA-JK.
