Ibiquity Digital Corp. and Clear Channel have inked a licensing agreement that sets the terms for all Clear Channel stations. Terms are confidential but Ibiquity President/CEO Robert Struble tells Radio World it includes a commitment for the initial stations to make the IBOC transition.
