Microboards Technology Acquires Champion

Microboards Technology LLC is acquiring Champion Duplicators Inc. to form Microboards Manufacturing LLC.
Champion makes automated standalone duplication systems. Microboards makes and sells CD and DVD technologies with divisions for data, audio, medical and pro video.
Cooperation between Microboards and Champion has resulted in the release of the Orbit II, an automated, standalone 12X duplicator listing for about $3,000.
