Summit Technology Group has introduced TowerLytics, describing it as a powerful IP-based remote monitoring and control platform specifically for broadcasters.
“Leveraging the flexibility and precision of SNMP-enabled equipment, TowerLytics provides real-time visibility and control over transmitters, tower lighting systems and a wide range of IP-capable broadcast hardware and environmental sensors,” it stated.
Summit said the platform is designed with modern broadcast operations in mind, allowing users to stay connected to their critical infrastructure from anywhere.
“Whether it’s telemetry from a transmitter, alarm status on tower lights, or environmental readings from site sensors, TowerLytics delivers actionable data through a secure, centralized interface.”
It is available in two deployment models. The Self-Monitored Plan is suitable for stations with dedicated technical staff, giving full access to the platform for in-house monitoring and control.
The Summit-Managed Plan is offered as a value-added service to the company’s broadcast engineering maintenance plans. This model includes 24/7 monitoring and response by Summit’s broadcast engineers.
