Moseley Associates Inc. announced that it has acquired the Microwave Data Systems (MDS) division of Adaptive Broadband Corporation for $42 million.
“This acquisition is an exciting opportunity to serve multiple business segments,” said Jamal Hamdani, president and CEO of Moseley.
Moseley designs, manufactures and markets electronic communications equipment for diversified telecommunication industries, as well as for the radio and television broadcast industry. MDS designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of microwave radio products for the oil, gas and utility and transaction processing markets.
