Is your AM DA ready for HD Radio?
NAB suggests you prepare by attending an AM Directional Antenna Seminar, March 6–7, at its headquarters in Washington.
The course is taught by consulting engineers Ron Rackley and Ben Dawson; NAB says it was developed to instruct broadcast engineers on the fundamentals of maintaining an AM DA system in the digital age.
Discussion topics include “Optimizing Coverage for Analog and Digital”; “Computer Modeling for Routine Maintenance”; “Economic Considerations for AM Antennas”; and “DA Troubleshooting Tips and Tricks.”
The fee is $395 for NAB members, $495 for non-members. Fee includes instructional material, continental breakfast and lunch.
