The National Association of Broadcasters and TowerSource, a “vertical asset site exchange,” say they have partnered to give NAB members special access to TowerSource’s database of communications towers and space for lease on those towers.
NAB members will have their own NAB-listed Web page and receive discounts and further considerations when using TowerSource’s services.
Association Executive Vice President Dennis Wharton called it a service to members that “should help boost nontraditional revenue for stations while alleviating some of the resource challenges faced by broadcasters today.”
TowerSource President David Wendlandt stated, “NAB’s ability to aggregate its member holdings will make for a better database and online marketplace for industry specialists looking to lease tower space.”
