The Nokia Digital Radio Headset makes use of the USB-To-Go feature of certain Symbian^3 OS phones to bring DAB/DAB+ digital radio tuning to the device.
The 30.5-gram adaptor plugs into the micro-USB port and works with a softwave app to tune channels. Smart Tuning allows the receiver to pick out the clearest signal when the chosen station operates on multiple frequencies. It is delivered with a set of earbuds, or it can be used with any headphones with a 3.5 millimeter minijack plug.
The device works with the Nokia N8, C7, E7, C6-01 and future Symbian^3 devices supporting the USB-On-The-Go function.
