Triad Broadcasting is selling its five-station cluster in Lincoln, Neb.
The buyer is NRG Media, based in Iowa. Triad, out of California, has been in the market for eight years.
The stations are FMs KFGE, KBBK, KLNC and AMs KLIN and KWBE. David Benjamin is head of Triad; Mary Quass is president/CEO of NRG.
An LMA acquisition and transaction were brokered by Frank Higney at Kalil & Co.
