Ben Johnson has joined OMT Technologies’ iMediaTouch and iMediaLogger Technical Support Department. According to the company, he will be responsible for managing support calls with an eye towards improving OMT’s tech support responsiveness, delivery and follow up. Johnson was previously employed in the tech support field at Convergys.
