Radio World contributor Kelly Orchard, an expert in FCC and EEO compliance, is taking on the role of recruitment manager for TopLine Matters Inc., a multichannel and multi-integrated consulting and marketing firm based in Virginia.
Orchard will lead the recruitment effort for TopLine Matters’ clients in television and radio stations throughout the Unites States. Orchard’s background includes 30+ years of radio station ownership, management and consulting work. She has spent more than a decade working with hundreds of radio stations in FCC and EEO compliance.
TopLine Matters works with dozens of media clients in cities throughout the country in talent recruitment, media research, ratings analysis, sales strategy and interactive marketing.
