From the Radio World “Who’s Buying What” page: Inovonics has completed delivery of 55 modulation monitors to All India Radio, the national public broadcaster in that country.
AIR had ordered the Model 541 mod monitors through a competitive bidding process.
“Installation across AIR’s extensive FM transmitter network is scheduled over the coming months,” the manufacturer said.
“The procurement underscores AIR’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of signal quality and regulatory compliance across one of the world’s largest radio broadcasting operations.”
Inovonics said AIR conducted rigorous compliance testing and sent two engineers traveled to the factory in California for on-site evaluation.
Model 541 was introduced in 2023 as a successor to the popular Inovonics 531N. The company highlights its touchscreen display, web-enabled access, digital architecture and other improvements.
