AEQ will be showing two new codec solutions at NAB2007.
The Phoenix IP is available in two versions: portable and rackmount. Phoenix Mobile has a digital mixer with four analog inputs, internal battery and 12 V DC power supply/charger while the rackmountable Phoenix Studio has stereo analog and digital I/Os and a universal power supply.
Both versions have two slots for optional communication modules. A POTS module will be initially available, followed by ISDN, X21, V35 and GSM.
In addition to the main program and return, the Phoenix can simultaneously provide a backup channel utilizing the optional communication modules.
