Radio One's News/Talk Network Goes On-Air and Online with AP Radio Content

“Syndication One,” Radio One’s new news/talk network, signed agreements to receive text, audio and online services from Associated Press Radio.
The network’s three programs, “The Al Sharpton Show,” “The 2 Live Stews” and “The Michael Eric Dyson Show” will receive AP content for use on-air and online. The network will use AP NewsPower 24 Hour text and AP PrimeCuts audio in the production of its newscasts and long-form talk programming.
Additionally, “Syndication One” has the rights to AP Online service to use content on Web pages that support its radio programs.
“Syndication One” launched on six of Radio One O&O’s in January. These AM stations include: Washington’s WOL, Boston’s WILD, Detroit’s WCHB, Miami’s WTPS, Cleveland’s WERE and Richmond’s WROU.
