Beginning in January, Portuguese broadcaster “Radiodifusao Portuguesa” will distribute its programming digitally on AsiaSat 2.
The Portuguese broadcaster will join the European Bouquet, a group of European television and radio broadcasters sharing the Deutsche Welle transponder, 10B, on AsiaSat 2.
The European Bouquet supplies a package of unscrambled transnational programs from the same transponder, using the same technology.
The group includes Radio Canada International, Radiotelevisione Italiana International, Radio France Internationale and Yleisradio Oy.
