Jim Robinson, who most recently has served as general manager of ABC Radio’s WRQX(FM) and WJZW(FM) in Washington, has been promoted to president of the ABC Radio Networks. John Hare, president of ABC Radio, made the announcement, which is effective immediately.
Robinson will report to Hare.
In his new position, Robinson has responsibility for radio network groups that include ABC News, ESPN and Radio Disney. ABC Radio Networks also feature Paul Harvey, Sean Hannity, Tom Joyner, Doug Banks, Dick Bartley and Bob Kingsley.
