SABC Places Large Order for TransLanTech Processors

The suppliers said SABC is using the Ariane Sequel as a preprocessor on the outputs of a new radio digital main control routing system.

The South African Broadcasting Corp. (SABC) is using the Ariane Sequel for a radio control upgrade project.

The processor is made by TransLanTech Sound LLC. The company’s Jim Huste said the sale was made by its South African dealer Prosound.

The suppliers said SABC is using the Ariane Sequel as a preprocessor on the outputs of a new radio digital main control routing system.

SABC’s Paul Kruger liked the combination of the Ariane Sequel and Orban Optimod-FM 8300, according to TransLanTech.
