Schieffer Will Keynote NAB Radio Luncheon

CBS TV News Washington Correspondent Bob Schieffer is keynoting the Radio Luncheon at NAB2003. Schieffer also anchors/moderates “Face the Nation.” But he has radio roots, having started in broadcasting at KXOL(AM) in Ft. Worth, Texas.
“He has covered Washington for CBS News for more than 30 years and is one of the few broadcast or print correspondents to have covered all four major beats in the nation’s capital – the White House, the Pentagon, the State Department and Capitol Hill,” NAB said.
Schieffer’s current book is “This Just In: What I Couldn’t Tell You on TV.”
