Satellite broadcaster SiriusXM has signed up exclusive rights to the Austin City Limits Live Music Festival, Oct 2–4.
One channel will air continuously while select performances will air on other specialty channels including alternative music and Outlaw Country channels.
The satcaster notes that it is developing a lineup of regional music festivals such as: Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Lollapalooza Music Festival, Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Hangout Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, Firefly Music Festival, Governors Ball Music Festival, Rock on the Range, Phish’s Magnaball Festival and the Ultra Music Festival.
