Techie Channel For XM

XM Satellite Radio and CNET Networks Inc. have signed an agreement
to create the CNET Radio Channel, providing XM listeners with the latest tech news, analysis and commentary. XM expects to begin airing its 100 channels of satellite digital radio late this summer.
“XM Satellite’s distribution helps us bring the highest quality information
about technology to people in a new format that is both useful and cutting
edge,” said Barry Briggs, President of CNET Networks Media.
XM’s CNET Radio Channel will feature breaking news of technology and the digital economy, as well as viewpoints that put it in perspective. The CNET Radio Channel will feature the entire CNET Radio reporter team based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and London.
CNET Radio is currently available on the Internet, http://www.cnetradio.com , and on 910 AM radio in the San Francisco Bay Area.
