Traffic.com’s IPO $12 a Share

Traffic.com Inc., which sells traffic data to radio and other users, went public at $12 a share. The company offered 6.5 million shares of its common stock. Its stock will trade on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol “TRFC.”
