SXSWfm will focus on new music discovery, streaming bands that will be performing at SXSW in Austin, Texas, March 8–17. According to a release, the station will feature interviews with musicians, filmmakers, comedians and presenters associated with SXSW. It will also air post-conference programming, such as music, news and stories from past participants and other highlights.
“Our mission with SXSWfm is to make listeners feel like they’re in Austin, with access to some of the most interesting aspects of our festivals,” said Kevin Connor of SXSW.
