Triton Media hired Brian Parsons as executive vice president of technology. He was most recently vice president of technology for Clear Channel Radio, where he established and oversaw its Internet platform.
Prior to that, Parsons served as president of e-commerce company nTunes. From 1997 to 1999, Parsons was director of Interactive for Jacor Communications, where Triton says he pioneered technologies and techniques seen in radio station Web sites.
Triton Media Co-founder and COO Mike Agovino made the announcement.
