Vista Radio Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Canadian ENCO dealer Pippin Technical for the supply and rollout of ENCO’s DAD automation playout software across its 40+ Canadian radio stations.
Vista Radio operates in small- to medium-sized markets across British Columbia, Alberta, Northwest Territories and Ontario. These stations focus on local content and will begin conversion from various systems to one unified system from ENCO. This will result in the ability to share content efficiently among stations, the company says.
“Our goal is to have the most sophisticated automation and distribution network in the country,” said Vista Radio’s Director of Engineering Darren Fowler.
