AM station WPAT in New York is dipping its toe into the digital waters. The station is on the air with HD Radio. The Multicultural Broadcasting outlet broadcasts at 930 kHz.
Broadcast Electronics said it has shipped HD Radio transmission equipment to five of that company’s radio stations. The others are WZRC(AM) in New York, KMNY(AM) and KAZN(AM) in Pasadena, Calif., and KCHN(AM) in Houston.
