WW1 Showcases Talent of George Harrison

Programmers at Westwood One have put together an hour-and-a-half special featuring the late former Beatle George Harrison. Harrison was working on the album “George Harrison Brainwashed” when he died in late 2001. The production was put together by Jeff Lynne and Dhani Harrison and features 11 new Harrison compositions, plus a cover of “Devil and the Deep Blue Sea.”
The “George Harrison Brainwashed” special is scheduled to air Jan. 25-26 on affiliated stations and features tracks from the release and an interview with Harrison’s wife and son, Olivia and Dhani Harrison.
