Burli, a provider of computer newsroom software, has added Burli Integrated NewsFeed.
It automatically shares content from affiliated newsrooms as a “newswire” of their own material, harnessing content from newsrooms group-wide into a single news stream.
The company says this feature allows broadcast groups to leverage existing content and gives each newsroom the newsgathering resources of the entire broadcast group. It is in use by broadcast groups in Europe and North America.
Burli NewsFeed distributes text and audio data in open-standard formats.
