Ecreso, part of Worldcast Systems, has announced that the Helios FM 350 W transmitter is now available.
The company says that the new transmitter provides efficiency of up to 74%, reliability and cost savings.
Equipped with a “direct-to-channel” digital modulator, the Helios FM 350 W promises to offer high signal quality and performance, the company also says.
The system is able to operate as a standalone transmitter in a single, compact chassis or as a more powerful modular system comprising a separate modulator and MOSFET power amplifiers. It also features RDS and stereo encoding, audio backup and an FM limiter, all in one unit, thus reducing space, cabling and hardware requirements.
The company, which has 56 years of experience in the RF field, points out that the unit comes with a five-year warranty and is protected against overheating, SVWR and lightning strikes.
