Broadcasters General Store said it has added AudioPressBox Dante-enabled products to its lineup. 
It said the box is suitable for audio distribution at press conferences, presentations and other events where audio signal has to be transmitted or recorded by multiple TVs, cameras and audio recorders.
AudioPressBox is a European manufacturer of professional press conference audio distribution amplifiers. Dave Kerstin, owner of BGS, said, “This is the only company in the world that provides Dante-enabled press boxes.”
The lineup includes AudioPressBox APB-216 C-D, a professional portable, active unit with a heavy duty case. It can be used outdoors without a power source, operated on its internal Li-Ion AccuPack. BGS says it provides 10 hours of operation.
Features include two mic (phantom)/line inputs that are balanced with gain control and 26 dB pad; one-channel Dante input, RJ-45 ethercon, which requires PoE; 16 balanced and individually transformer isolated outputs; outputs each switchable between mic- or line-level output; a compressor and limiter built in for each input; and a QR code on the unit for online access to the user guide and manual.
