Specialty Data Systems, a business software developer, has announced SDS CRM, a customer relations management program for its Symphony business/operations software platform. The CRM module was designed with broadcasters’ “unique challenges” in mind, the company says.
A main component of SDS CRM is the Dashboard interface. The Dashboard provides an overview of information and provides shortcuts to important tools and reports. Also, available are customizable alerts for notifying when items are missing or late along with expected tools such as activity reports, budgets, inventory lists, spot trackers, schedules and account summarizers.
SDS President Dave Cole said, “SDS CRM resulted directly from client feedback.”
Symphony and its modules operate on the Windows platform. Smartphone remote apps are available.
