The author has worked in the publishing industry for almost 45 years, from writing and editing to marketing, design and layout. As a freelancer during the early years, she worked with a diverse clientele on books, newsletters, marketing pieces and campaigns. Since 2006 she has served as content director for dailies and special projects at Future B2B, which includes the NAB Show Daily and its associated newsletters covering the broadcast industry. She is also the content manager of TV Tech.
