HOOVER, Ala.� The Alabama Broadcasters Association reminds members that its Engineering Academy has several courses scheduled for this summer.
All the Engineering Academy seminars and classes are held at the ABA Training center 2180 Parkway Lake Drive in Hoover, Ala.�
The association��s Radio Broadcast Engineering course will be held June 6-10. Technnically focused but geared toward those with little or no experience, the class covers �basic electronics, audio, AM and RF transmission, antennas and basic station operation,� according to the ABA announcement.�
Also on the docket are a one-day seminar about HDTV (May 26) and the Television Broadcast Engineering class (Aug. 1-5).
