National Association of Broadcasters announced it will accept nominations for the 2017 NAB Marconi Radio Awards through May 31. The Marconi Radio Awards recognize overall excellence and performance in radio.
Nominations must be submitted online at www.judgify.me/marconis. Finalists will be announced in July, and the winners will be recognized on Sept. 7 and honored announced during the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner & Show at the Radio Show in Austin.
Stations and on-air personalities may nominate themselves in the categories of “Station of the Year by Market Size,” “Station of the Year by Format,” “Noncommercial Station of the Year,” “Personality of the Year by Market Size” and “Legendary Station.” Syndicators and affiliates may also submit nominations for “Network/Syndicated Personality of the Year.” The full entry rules are available online.
The 2017 Radio Show, produced by the National Association of Broadcasters and the Radio Advertising Bureau, will be held Sept. 5–8 in Austin, Texas.
