EMR is a proactive service that sends regular reports on the status of key parameters such as temperatures, currents and voltages, plus information on the performance and lifespan of components such as the fan and power supply of the transmitter. With a firewall-friendly Web protocol, EMR works securely over a regular Internet connection even when the connection bandwidth is limited. The system works through a data Cloud entirely managed and secured by dedicated WorldCast Systems’ IT experts. Once access to the service is granted, the user can enable the EMR service on Ecreso transmitters within seconds with an authorized account ID. From then on, the transmitters will automatically push reports to the EMR Cloud for centralization, in-depth processing and automatic notification.
